1. What is Application Letter?
A job seeker sends an application letter to a company or workplace that has a vacancy. The goal of writing an application letter is to get an interview. As a result, please keep in mind that in order to be called for an interview, you will need to write an application letter.
Here's how to write a job application letter: It must be well written in order to pique the interest and attention of HRD or authorized people to recommend you. Explain why you are qualified for the position and should be chosen for an interview. Highlight your skills, experience, and abilities in accordance with the criteria specified. Use a formal font with a 12 point size, such as Times New Rowman, Arial, or Calibri. Keep in mind that the job application letter should not exceed one page.
2. Job Application Letter Structure.
The structure for writing a job application letter is as follows:
a. Date, Your Name, E-Mail, and Address The Hiring Supervisor (Company name applied for, address, and e-mail).
b. Salutation The first paragraph (The opening paragraph states what position and where you got the job information).
c. Body Paragraph (Fill in the blanks with a paragraph that explains how you can fill the vacant position.
d. A job applicant can write in detail (but still relevant to your experience and achievements) in the body paragraph. Final Paragraph (Closing paragraph containing acknowledgments, offers, and invitations to the authorities to provide further information).
e. Complimentary Signature at the end
